1. Who we are

Young Generation Bharat, organiser of the Global Drone Summit 2027, is responsible for the personal data collected through gdsindia.org. Address: 07 Suryodaya Flats, Ravikunj Cooperative Housing Society, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 380013, Gujarat, India. Email: contact@gdsindia.org.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, job title, country, category, and anything you add to your delegate profile or a nomination.
Payment records: amount, date, pass or space bought and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by us.
Technical data needed to run the website securely, such as IP address and browser type.

3. How we use it

To register you, issue your delegate ID and QR code, and confirm payments.
To send login codes, confirmations, reminders and Summit updates by email and WhatsApp. You can opt out of updates at any time; login codes and essential confirmations are always sent.
To arrange B2B meetings you request, and to show your profile in the delegate directory if you choose to be listed.
To process exhibition, sponsorship, speaker and award matters, and to keep financial and legal records.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run the Summit: with the host institution and venue for entry and security, with service providers who send emails and WhatsApp messages or process payments (such as Zoho and Razorpay), and with authorities where the law requires. Other delegates see only what you choose to show in the directory. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep registration data for up to three years after the Summit for records and future editions, and payment records for as long as tax law requires.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in the member portal, hide yourself from the delegate directory, opt out of updates, and ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to contact@gdsindia.org, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS, access to organiser tools is restricted, and login uses one time codes rather than passwords.

8. Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to run the website. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
