1. About these terms

The website gdsindia.org is operated by Young Generation Bharat ("we", "us"), organiser of the Global Drone Summit 2027 (the "Summit"), to be held on 11 to 12 January 2027 at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. By using this website, registering, buying a pass, booking an exhibition space, requesting B2B meetings or submitting an award nomination, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and passes

• You must give accurate and complete details when you register. Each pass is for one named person and carries a delegate ID and QR code for entry.
• A registration is confirmed only after full payment is received, or after approval by the organisers where no payment applies.
• Photo identification matching the registered name may be required at the venue.
• Passes may be transferred to a colleague by writing to contact@gdsindia.org before 4 January 2027. Passes may not be resold.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the website in Indian rupees or US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Exhibition spaces held for bank transfer are released if payment is not received within the stated holding period.

4. Exhibitors, sponsors and speakers

Exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages and speaking slots are subject to confirmation by the organisers and to any separate agreement or exhibitor manual issued for the Summit. Exhibitors are responsible for their own displays, staff, equipment and compliance with venue and safety rules, including rules on the operation of drones.

5. Conduct and venue rules

Attendees must follow the instructions of the organisers, the venue and the authorities, including security checks. Drones may be flown only in the designated demonstration zone with prior permission. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves unsafely or inappropriately, without refund.

6. Changes to the programme

The programme, speakers, sessions and timings may change. If the Summit is postponed or cancelled by us, our refund policy applies.

7. Photography and recording

The Summit will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photographs and recordings used to report on and promote the Summit.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in organising the Summit, but we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of business, or loss of or damage to personal property, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Website content

Content on this website, including the Summit name, logo and designs, belongs to the organisers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction.
